Paneer Bhurji Gravy is one of the most easiest and simple dish that can be put together with few simple ingredients that are readily available at home.   • Butter
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Green Chillies
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Garam Masala
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Paneer

For The Gravy

  • Butter
  • Cashews
  • Ginger Paste
  • Tomato Puree
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Green Peas
  • Coriander Leaves


– Heat butter in a pan and add onions, capsicum, green chillies and tomatoes. Mix them well.
– Add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Give it a mix.
– Add scrambled paneer in to the masala and mix it well.
– Keep this mixture a side.

For The Gravy

– Heat butter in the pan, fry cashews and later add ginger paste, tomato puree and mix well.
– Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and cook well.
– Add water for gravy consistency and add green peas and coriander leaves.
– Finally add the paneer bhurji in to the gravy and mix well.
